Elden Ring's Iron Fist Alexander, also known as Alexander, Warrior Jar, unofficially crosses over into Cuphead with a similar rubber hose art style.

Much has been discussed about Elden Ring's prolific bosses and enemies spread from Liurnia of the Lakes to Crumbling Farum Azula. But visited between bosses and enemies are NPCs who are not hostile and likely have an elaborate quest for players to embark upon, with events that oftentimes depend on ulterior progression.

Elden Ring's scale allows for such quests to span continental areas. Players may have a much richer experience if these characters are found and appeased in terms of what they have to say and what they task the player to do. With the benefit of an active community and players' anecdotal experiences, for example, players can return to seek out NPCs they may not have talked to. One fan has celebrated the popularity of Elden Ring's Iron Fist Alexander, also known as Alexander, Warrior Jar, with unique art in Cuphead's iconic rubber hose style.

Twitter user @mustakro has decided to celebrate Iron Fist Alexander's character with another art style meld between Elden Ring and Cuphead's rubber hose style. Inspired by Cuphead's hand-drawn cel animation, Alexander is reflected in a much more cartoonish appearance while still maintaining his definitive characteristics as an enormous "Pot Boy" with a folded-arms expression. Mustakro has now illustrated a number of Elden Ring's bosses in this Cuphead style, such as a Crucible Knight, Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy, and an Erdtree Burial Watchdog.

Alexander is one of many Living Jars and Warrior Jars who hail from Elden Ring's Jarburg. Alexander's quest opens with a humble rescue, where players find him stuck in the ground in Northern Stormhill and must free him by striking him multiple times. Alexander's cheerful and stalwart personality has made him a fan-favorite NPC, not to mention how lovable Living Jars are within the FromSoftware community now, and Mustakro's art reinforces how fans continue to cherish Alexander's character.

Alexander now accompanies Mustakro's Elden Ring illustration of Blaidd as a fellow NPC ally of the player's that has his own intricate quest to follow. Like Blaidd, Alexander's quest is another that sadly concludes with a battle between him, who has been only friendly and nonantagonistic up until then, and the player.

Players may not be as opposed to fighting Alexander as they are to attacking Elden Ring's Miriel, Pastor of Vows, also dubbed by fans as the "Turtle Pope." However, it is still a devastating act to engage in, even if Alexander does drop the Shard of Alexander Talisman and Alexander's Innards when fought at the end of his questline.

Elden Ring is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
