Soft tube filling and sealing machine is mainly used for plastic tube filling and sealing. It has been widely used in the fields of pharmacy, cosmetic, food and chemical etc.
This Full Automatic Power Soft Tube Filling Sealing Machine is a simple operate sealing filling machine with inside heat and outside heat heads. It has total 8 positions for filling and sealing. And materials such as paste, cream ,adhesives, AB glue, epoxy glue, skin cream, hair dye, shoe polish, toothpaste etc., are all applicable.

Operation Table:
All the filling and sealing movements take place on the table.
Main parts:
a tube loader, a working disk,a filling head,a heating head.......
It is a 12 positions working disk(the number of position could be customized).
Tube upload
The pipe loaded automaticly and be putted into the mold in the pressure of the cylinder .
Filling Head
With the help of approaching switches, benchmark pointing and material filling would be accurate. Fill only when there are pipes on the mold. There is no need to worry about waste of materials or fill directly into the mold.
WORKING STEPS
STEP1: Manually put the tubes into the molds on the disk.
STEP2: Tubes point located by the device (color sensor optional), and filled with materials by the filling head.

With Swiss Leister brand heating gun for better apperance tube.

New design hard Seal Head
A hard seal head presses the hot tube bottom and seals it.

Water chillier
If use the Swiss heating gun, will be need match the water chiller or water circulation from well.Nominal cooling capacity calculated according to: Inlet/outlet chilled fluid temperature: 12ºC/7ºC. Inlet/outlet cooling air temperature: 30ºC/35ºC
Working condition: The temperature range of chilled fluid is from 5ºC to 35ºC. Temperature difference between inlet and outlet chilled fluid is from 3ºC to 8ºC.
